USPRO National Championship

Today was USPRO National Championship in Greenville, SC. I had a pro athlete and good friend from Team Type 1 stay with me for the past 4 days for training and bodywork to prepare for the race. He ended up 6th place. I think that is a great result considering that he has not raced that much this year and that only 44 finished the race out of about 80 that started.

Welcome to my blog spot. It has been an interesting year to say the least. I started the year working training camp with Team Type 1 in Georgia. Then off to the Tour of California with BMC.

After that BMC took me to Tour De Beauce in Canada and I just got back from Tour of Utah where Jeff Louder won a stage and is now featured on my home page.

This weekend I head down to Greenville, NC for the US Pro National Championship on Sunday and then on Tuesday it is off to Interbike in Vegas.
